CleanZones, LLC offers our Softwall Cleanroom with the latest design considerations for ease of assembly and use. These Softwall Clean Rooms are available as a pre-designed and engineered system to meet every application. The Softwall Cleanroom can be easily installed in any location to provide a Clean Environment where you need it. They are used for electronic assembly, medical device assembly, product isolation, spot cleanliness over fill line applications in every conceivable size and room cleanliness classification. The standard unit is composed of a Clear Satin Anodized Aluminum Frame for an aesthetically pleasing look with minimum maintenance. Units are available with floor anchors, leveling feet or casters for portable applications.

We offer the TS Series Table Top units that are designed to be mounted on an existing work bench or on optional base cabinet. These units provide Class 100 horizontal laminar flow atmosphere in an operator work station environment. Completely self-contained, they function effectively in an uncontrolled area. Special custom products are available without the custom cost for application specific projects such as units for Hot Cell inserts.

We offer the DWS Downflow Work Station units that are designed to be mounted on an existing work bench or on optional base cabinet. These units provide Class 100 vertical laminar flow atmosphere in an operator work station environment. Anodized aluminum frames with clear acrylic, polypropylene or stainless steel side and rear panels. Completely self-contained, they function effectively in an uncontrolled area. Special custom products are available without the custom cost for application specific projects.

We offer the R Series Recirculating units that are designed to be free standing. These units provide Class 100 vertical laminar flow atmosphere in an operator work station environment. Air passes through a HEPA filter and flows continuously downward in the work chamber, and through a perforated work surface. The majority of the air is recirculated back through the filter, and the balance flows out the front of the chamber to be replaced by fresh air. Provides control against cross-contamination within the chamber. The unit is stationary, allowing permanent electric, gas and water services.A hinged shield is provided at the front of the unit to contain the airflow. Completely self-contained, it functions effectively in an uncontrolled area. Special custom products are available without the custom cost for application specific projects.

We offer the PFH Constant Volume Fume Exhaust Hood that are designed free-standing with vented base cabinets. These units operate with an exhaust blower (by others) to provide a means of removal of toxic fumes and odors. Clear PVC 3-position shield for loading and unloading. Adjustable baffles on the rear wall allow for proper balance of fumes through the cabinet. Many options are available for this unit such as sinks, gooseneck faucets, Di Spray Guns, Nitrogen Guns, and more. Many options are available for these units such as Fire Retardant Factory Mutual approved Polypropylene.

HEPA Filtered Workstation units in the Negative Flow Exhausting (NFE) Series are designed for fine powder sampling and weighing. These filtered workstations provide containment of contaminated air through intake at work chamber. This unit is designed with a three-stage filtration process of powders to protect the operator. Air is initially drawn into the work chamber and through 2” MERV 7 high capacity pleated prefilters to collect gross contaminants. The second stage of filtration is with 95% efficient HEPA filters. The air is then passed through an exhaust HEPA filter for removal of any remaining particulates. Use of this exhaust filtration eliminates the need to duct to the outside. The unit is designed with full leg room below the standard 24” deep tabletop. Completely self-contained, it functions effectively in an uncontrolled area. The Containment Weigh Station (CWS) Series units are designed for fine powder weighing. The CWS Series provides containment of contaminated air through intake at work chamber. The confined work chamber prevents airborne dust/powder from escaping into a plant’s atmosphere or the cross-contamination of other products. Dual sliding shields adjust to any desired height for exacting sampling and weighing processes. The initial disposable bag filter collects gross contaminants, and then the air passes through exhaust HEPA filters. The CWS series allows for extremely low intake velocities, protecting the accuracy of highly sensitive scales or measuring devices.

CleanZones manufactures air showers in flexible configurations and material options to meet your company’s operational requirements. Positioned strategically at the entry point of a cleanroom or other clean work area, air showers are essential to preventing harmful contaminants from being transported on personnel or other items.
