In order to provide the right equipment to meet your needs, CTC is not limited to representing only a few manufacturers. CTC will specify and procure the right equipment to create a robust and cost-effective system. We will design an unbiased solution using the most appropriate technologies instead of being limited to a handful of product options.

We are not content with simply quoting equipment per the initial requests we receive...regardless of whether or not it will actually work. We prefer to take the time to work with our customers to clarify and understand your actual needs so that our team can offer recommendations as to how to best fulfill them. Our experienced sales engineers and technical staff make the effort to understand your process so we can customize a solution that will work in the real world and remain within your budget.

Climate Technologies has multi-industry experience and is comfortable working with A/E firms, specifying engineers, contractors and/or directly with end users. Together, we can consider a range of equipment alternatives in the context of a thorough cost/benefit analysis, which takes into consideration not only initial capital costs but ongoing operational cost comparisons. The optimum system must not only be affordable today; it should provide you with cost savings throughout its useful life while providing you with the assurance of current and long-term regulatory compliance.

Climate Technologies has its roots in two corporations, R. Johnson Associates incorporated in 1970 and R. Plazibat Associates formed in 1976. Both Johnson and Plazibat were engaged in industrial temperature and humidity control and process heat exchange.

Walt Zimmerman, the current CEO of Climate Technologies, joined Plazibat Associates in 1986 and bought out the previous owner in 1989. The following year he acquired Johnson Associates and merged the two firms.

The new entity was named Climate Technologies Corporation and grew to a full service integrator of temperature and humidity control systems with service manufacturing and turn key installation capability. In 1996, Climate Technologies diversified further by taking on and developing air pollution control and energy management capabilities.

Currently Climate Technologies is further developing its customer base to include more government and military projects as well as foreign and international clients.
