The SmartCEMS PEMS Analyzer is a component of a predictive emission monitoring system (PEMS) that provides continuous stack gas analysis for pollutants and diluents under U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 60 and/or U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 75 regulations. The PEMS Analyzer will meet the requirements of Subpart E of Part 75 and/or and the standard under Part 60, PS-16. The PEMS Analyzer is typically used on combustion turbines and gas or oil fired boilers and heaters, but can be applied to any number of industrial processes. The CMC PEMS is an acceptable regulatory alternative under the existing and proposed U.S. Federal and State regulations, and E.U. where continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS) for source emissions compliance are required.

The SmartCEMS Configuration Tools is a component of a predictive emission monitoring system (PEMS) that provides continuous stack gas analysis for pollutants and diluents under U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 60 and/or U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 75 regulations. The PEMS Analyzer will meet the requirements of Subpart E of Part 75 and/or and the standard under Part 60, PS-16. The PEMS Analyzer is typically used on combustion turbines and gas or oil fired boilers and heaters, but can be applied to any number of industrial processes.

The SmartCEMS Compliance Assurance Monitor is a component of a predictive emission monitoring system (PEMS) that provides continuous stack gas analysis for pollutants and diluents. Sources monitoring using this product are typically not regulated under U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 60 and/or U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 75. The Compliance Assurance Monitor product can be converted to a PEMS Analyzer that will meet the requirements of Subpart E of Part 75 and/or the standard under Part 60, PS-16 if it is required in the future. The Compliance Assurance Monitor is typically used on smaller combustion turbines and gas or oil fired boilers and heaters, but can be applied to any number of industrial processes. The CMC Compliance Assurance Monitor is an acceptable regulatory alternative under the existing and proposed U.S. Federal and State regulations, and E.U. where continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS) for source emissions compliance are not required.

The SmartCEMS® Alternative Emission Monitor is a component of a predictive emission monitoring system (PEMS) that provides continuous stack gas analysis for pollutants and diluents. Sources monitoring using this product are typically not regulated under U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 60 and/or U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 75. The Alternative Emission Monitor product can be converted to a PEMS Analyzer and will meet the requirements of Subpart E of Part 75 and/or and the standard under Part 60, PS-16 if it is required in the future. The Alternative Emission Monitor is typically used on smaller combustion turbines and gas or oil fired boilers and heaters, but can be applied to any number of industrial processes operated on a seasonal basis. The CMC Alternative Emission Monitor is an acceptable regulatory alternative for sources in the central valley of California subject to the regulations of the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control Division.

The SmartCEMS Continuous Parametric Monitor is a component of a predictive emission monitoring system (PEMS) that provides continuous stack gas calculations for pollutants and diluents from various sources. The Continuous Parametric Monitor will meet the requirements of 40 CFR Part 60, Appendix B, PS-17. The Continuous Parametric Monitor is typically used on small combustion turbines and gas or oil fired boilers and heaters, but can be applied to any number of industrial processes including flares. The CMC Continuous Parametric Monitor is an acceptable regulatory alternative under the existing and proposed U.S. Federal and State regulations, and E.U. where continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS) for source emissions compliance are not required.

The SmartCEMS® Virtual Process Analyzer is a non-compliance product that is designed for process analysis. The virtual tool is a flexible and adaptable model based directly on historical data that is resilient to input failure and utilizes the same trusted predictive engine that is used throughout CMC’s product line. The SmartCEMS Virtual Process Analyzer or VPA is a state of the art software component that provides accurate and reliable predictions of analytical data from the process and can be used to replace redundant process analyzers in some cases.

The SmartCEMS Continuous Parametric Monitoring System-Flare is a complete system that provides continuous data recording and report generation compliant under the U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 60 for flare sources. The system comes with a data acquisition component and is guaranteed to meet CPMS (PS-17) and U.S. EPA standards for flares. The data acquisition and handling system (DAHS) provides a secure and reliable means of collecting, storing, and reporting compliance data and generating the electronic data reports. The CMC CPMS is an acceptable regulatory solution under the existing and proposed U.S. regulations where continuous parametric monitoring systems (CPMS) for flare emissions compliance are required.

The SmartCEMS© Web eLementsTM is a full Data Acquisition and Handling System (DAHS) built right into the SmartCEMS System. It provides access to all of the Predicted, Calculated, and Aggregated Data that the system has been confi gured to produce. It uses a simple and intuitive interface for editing data and reporting data from the SmartCEMS PEMS. The Web eLements Reporter will generate all of the required regulatory reports and allow for custom report generation.
