The horizontal peeler centrifuge HX/GMP is designed for typical pharmaceutical applications. The HX/GMP centrifuge can be used for a production of intermediate and especially finished synthesis products, where it is absolutely necessary to avoid the contact between product and operator. It`s also possible to have a completely sterilizable version with vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP system). Maximum purity of discharged products (API and HPAPI).

The horizontal peeler centrifuge HX is made for chemical applications. The version for the chemical industry, with perforated basket or rotary siphon, is normally used on products with good filterability. The cycle (feeding, washing, centrifugation and peeling) can be run at maximum speed, obtaining a high hourly production.

The horizontal peeler centrifuge HX/L/S with rotating siphon is designed for production of starch (native and modified). The ability to create vacuum under the filter medium, with the siphon, allows to accelerate the filtration rate, optimizing the work cycle and the residual moisture. The centrifuge HX/L/S is designed for the automatic regeneration of the residual cake (“back wash”)to keep the filtering properties unchanged in time. The use also of the front skimmer allows to remove efficiently the proteins or the fine fibers, which results in a better quality of the produced starch. The cycle (feeding, washing, centrifugation and peeling) can be run at maximum speed, obtaining a high hourly production.

The inverting filter centrifuge HT/GMP is designed for typical pharmaceutical applications with slow filtering and compressible cakes (API and HPAPI). HT/GMP centrifuge is used for the production of chemicals and mainly pharmaceuticals synthesis, products where it is absolutely necessary to avoid the contact between product and operator. COMI CONDOR has developed a completely openable casing that allows the inspection of the rear wall of the basket and avoid dead zones in the process area. It’s possible to enhance the centrifugation phase using nitrogen at 6 barg inside the basket (Hyperbaric Centrifugation System) to reduce the residual moisture (centrifuge dryer).

The vertical axis bottom discharge centrifuge TM is available in the standard version with fixed frame and openable cover or in the "GMP" version, with frame and cover forming one fully openable piece, meeting the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry (inspectable process area).

The vertical axis bottom discharge centrifuge TM is available in the standard version with fixed frame and openable top cover.

The top discharge centrifuge type ALFA is a discontinuous filter machine with discharge of the product from the top (different discharging systems are available). It`s also available a GMP version with fully inspectable process area and flat basket bottom.

Pilot centrifuges are used for both research and development laboratories, and both small productions of high added value products.
