Particle Separation

Con-Serv - Model 60 GPM - Hydrocyclonic/Particle Separation System

Separate sand and solid matter from water with 90% or better efficiency. Hydro cyclonic, Centrifugal Separation or Particle Separators are all essentially terms used for a filtration method for reduction of total suspended solids in fluid. The principle technology typically uses a conical shaped separator that accelerates the velocity of water maximizing separation of sand and other solid matter with greater than 90% efficiency. Hydro cyclonic Separators are not true filters. (Having no physical barrier to stop certain size particles from the water stream.).

Water Reclaim and Re-Use

Con-Serv - Model Econo - Free Standing Filter Unit

The Econo Free Standing Filter Unit consists of a Free Standing Filter Housing for use with Washable Bags or Carbonized Peat Moss

Con-Serv - Model Standard Slim (YS) Series - Washable Filters System

The Standard Series Systems are designed with washable filters. These filters can be cleaned and re-used several times before discarding. Systems using this type of filter need to be monitored and should not be used in unattended operations. Flow rates for the Standard Filters are established using clean filters, as the filters blind from use, the flow rate decreases.

Con-Serv - Model SCF - Stand Alone Self-Cleaning Filter

This unit is a Stand Alone Self-Cleaning Filter that can be incorporated into earlier Standard Con-Serv Bag Filter models as an Upgrade to New Style Automatic Self-Cleaning Systems. This unit comes Standard with a 115 Volt Control Panel, Tripod Stand, and Stainless Steel Filter.

Con-Serv - Model FS Comb Series I - Free Standing Combination

The FS Comb Series I will deliver Large Amounts of water for a small amount of money. The unit is equiped with VFD speed control drive, SS Zero maintenance filter element, and pump guard advisor. This model has beel designed for systems not using other pre-treatment processes, such as ozone or enzyme. The Mass Air Injection can be used for air sparging of Storage tank water. Mass Air Sparging will help to control tank odor.

Media Filtration/Softeners

Con-Serv - Media Filtration and Water Softening

Water is a very complex fluid. It contains a little bit of practically everything that it contacts; the air while falling as rain, the earth as it percolates into the ground, the piping as it is transported and all kinds of organic and inorganic matter it may contact in its series of uses. Dissolved minerals in the water that contain an electric charge are called ions. These ions can be either positive or negatively charged with electrons. The positive ions are called cations and the negative ions are called anions. It is these positive cations in the form of calcium, magnesium, iron and manganese that causes the hardness that is associated with water. Removal of these hardness ions via ion exchange is the process used for softening water.

Reverse Osmosis/Spot Free Rinse System

Con-Serv - Model CSERO Series - Reverse Osmosis System

The CSERO Series Reverse Osmosis System includes 2.5" and 4" membrane models to choose from. It is our most economical system with flow rates of 500 to 3600 GPD. The CSRO Series is designed to house upto (6) 4" x 40" membranes. Loaded with the necessary instruments for optimal control. Many options come standard in the CSRO. The system can be configured to include additional options to optimize the performance and value.

Con-serv - Line Pressure Reverse Osmosis system

Con-serv Manufacturing announces its first Line Pressure Reverse Osmosis system with ERD* ( Energy Recovery Device). This revolutionary design uses the Hydro power of the Brine Water (discharge) to isolate the back pressure on the membrane that would otherwise reduce the efficiency. Only Con-serv provides multiple membranes with multiple ERD’s* on a single unit to deliver up to 450 GPD of  Reverse Osmosis quality water. All with NO electricity required.

Con-Serv - Ozone Systems

Ozone is produced when ozone (O2) molecules are dissociated by an energy source into oxygen atoms and subsequently collide with an oxygen molecule to form an unstable gas, ozone (O3), which is used to disinfect wastewater. Most wastewater treatment plants generate ozone by imposing a high voltage alternating current (6 to 20 kilovolts) across a dielectric discharge gap that contains an oxygen-bearing gas. Ozone is generated onsite because it is unstable and decomposes to elemental oxygen in a short amount of time after generation.

Biozone Water Reclaim

Reusing water is a complicated business that requires a constant review and evaluation of best approaches and processes to employ efficient and cost effective means. In this day and age, we all are interested in the environmental impact and footprint our practices make and wiser, more environmentally friendly treatments are being embraced. Reclaim pits are designed to provide a containment system that promotes a suitable environment for solid settling and promoting bacterial cleaning action. The cleaner the water is the less impact is felt throughout the system—everything from cleaner filters, spray nozzles, rinse water and of course, odor control. Cleaner wash water also plays an important role in pit pump outs because many states consider the waste water to be hazardous or at the very least, contaminated.
