Why helium gas is used for leak test. Only 5 ppm of helium gas exists in the atmosphere. It is less affected by the background of test environment. Helium is safe inert gas without toxicity and explosiveness. Because of its small molecule size, helium can penetrate through leaks easily. It is almost not contained in the gas released from the tested part.

Excellent overpressure resistant Digital Pressure Gauge available in a wide variety of ranges from Micro-differential pressure (500 Pa) to High pressure (50 MPa).

Optimum for testing discharge flow and airtightness. Flow sensor is selectable from Laminar Flow or Mass Flow.

The leak master LM-1C is ideal for everyday inspections of air leak testers. The LM-1C Series is used as an ideal determination device, so it can be manufactured with your desired leak volume. Please specify test pressure and leak volume in the range below when ordering. Leak rate is indicated both by the "equivalent flow rate" and the "conversion flow rate" in Cosmo. When calibrated with the equivalent flow, leak flows not affected by the temperature and atmospheric pressure are displayed.
