Aquasolve is the result of extensive research to form a biostatic surfactant that has been laboratory and field tested to dissolve water in fuel permanently, carried out by its inventor Peter Street along with eminent scientist Professor David Thorley, formerly Dean of the School of Engineering, City University, London, and technical consultant to the company.
