About Us
In 1992 CRB was incorporated in Florida after principals Annette Casuso Baddour, Victor Rossinsky, and Frederick R. Baddour shared a vision to provide high quality environmental consulting services. CRB's dedication to clients grew out of years of experience with other firms, and CRB began providing consulting services in Miami as an Hispanic, woman-owned business. CRB opened an office in Boston in 1993, and in Greenville, SC in 1998.

CRB's management team consists of licensed professionals with advanced science degrees and extensive and varied work experience who are involved in the day-to-day technical operation of the firm. Our clients can be certain that projects of every magnitude receive the careful attention of our principals.

All of our work products are prepared by experienced staff members and then reviewed and certified by the senior management team. Professional licenses and certifications are maintained by staff in each of our offices to allow for nationwide project scopes.
Site Safety & Training
Our field staff is health and safety-trained for Hazardous Waste Site Operations (HAZWOPER) per the requirements of OSHA 29CFR 1910.120. We are equipped to conduct investigations using personal protection equipment and specialized field monitoring and survey instrumentation.
Quality Assurance
CRB has developed standard operating procedures and quality assurance programs to ensure that our site investigation programs are consistent with the needs of the project. Our court-defensible procedures are compliant with current regulations and are constantly reviewed by senior management.
Insurance & Bonding
CRB maintains all current insurance as required by law, including workers' compensation and general liability. Additionally, CRB maintains professional liability insurance and can provide project specific coverage for our policies:
