Vortex is our most flexible control package that can be customised to meet your site requirements, however complex, without the need for extensive cabling. Vortex is available in four formats: wall mounted, 19` rack mounted, panel mounted or Exd Flameproof (Vortex FP).

Crowcon`s New and Enhanced Gasmaster Control Panel has a modular design meaning users only need purchase the required number of input modules. It can easily be extended by adding more modules at a later date. The Crowcon Gasmaster is a compact, versatile and powerful gas detection control panel that combines simple operation with an extensive array of input and output functions.

Gasflag is a control system for monitoring any 4-20mA flammable, toxic or oxygen gas detector. Gasflag is ideally suited to light industrial or commercial applications such as LPG monitoring on garage forecourts, chlorine detection in swimming pool dosing rooms, or methane detection in boiler rooms.

Gasmonitor Plus is Crowcon’s flexible 19` rack based control system. This microprocessor-controlled unit is used throughout the world, both onshore and offshore. Gasmonitor Plus can monitor up to 16 gas detectors or 32 fire zones per rack. Racks can be supplied separately, or built into wall mounting or floor standing enclosures. A separate gas level display is provided for each gas detector. Gasmonitor Plus can be engineered into very large systems and tailored to suit individual site requirements.

Vortex FP and Vortex FP Compact are ATEX certified Exd Flameproof control panels for use in Zone 1 or Zone 2 hazardous areas such as on offshore production platforms or within refineries. Both offer all of the standard Vortex features, as well as a display fitted with magnetic switches which enable the system to be interrogated or inhibited without opening the system enclosure.

The Crowcon Hydra Addressable Gas Detection System is designed to monitor toxic and/or flammable gas hazards. particularly in car park applications. Addressibility significantly reduces installation costs and makes savings through effective control of ventilation fans achievable - for example running fans at full power only when gas levels rise. Hydra is available in two versions, allowing connection of a maximum of 32 or 256 detectors to a single panel via addressable RS-485 loops.
