Staffed with applications engineers, Customer Service offers immediate technical assistance with all equipment by phone. In emergency cases Cryostar will launch an intervention process.

Cryostar provides OEM guaranteed high quality parts, fully comprehensive parts kits, availability and management of spare and wear parts and scheduled or emergency delivery times. An on-line spare parts supply tool is available to facilitate the ordering process for all our contracted Cryostar customers.

Today Cryostar has more than 50 skilled technicians dedicated to on-site interventions worldwide. Safety is paramount. All Cryostar technicians make safety a priority, following on-site safety rules and training operators. Technicians are trained continuously so that their knowledge of Cryostar products is completely up to date.
