PILOTFUSE 160 is an automatic butt-fusion machine for polyethylene pipes of sizes from 50 to 160 mm. The CNC unit controls and monitors the automatic welding process according to preselected standard. It also allows the management of polyethylene type, pipe diameter and thickness as well as the collection of traceability data such as welding cycle, operator, job site... This data is then made available through a USB memory key.

PROTOFUSE 250 is a hydraulically operated semi-automatic butt-fusion machine for polyethylene pipes of sizes from 63 to 250 mm. The data logger makes the execution of manual operations easier and safer during the fusion process. It guides the operator following the international standards, detects errors, and collects traceability and welding data. This data is then made available through a USB memory key.

PIPEFUSE 315 is a hydraulically operated standard butt-fusion machine for polyethylene pipes of sizes from 90 to 315 mm. The operator manages and controls the application of temperature, pressure and timing parameters according to the welding table provided with the machine.

PLUTONARC P190 is an arc welding inverter power source. Robust and reliable, it can weld all types of electrodes up to 4mm. It can be powered from the mains or a generator with 230V output such as PLUTONELEC 100. PLUTONARC P190 is supplied with remote control, welding cables and electrode holder.

HDPE pipes of smaller diameters are often stored on drums or in coils and therefore tend to exhibit curvatures and ovality. Consequently pipe ends need to be straightened and re-rounded prior to jointing. CROCOPLAST 2140 is the perfect tool for this purpose. It is supplied with hydraulic power pack which makes coiled pipes straightening and re-rounding operations fast and easy.
