Concept development & Engineering

A needs analysis is first carried out together with the customer - usually on site - in order to determine: - what quantities of wastewater - in which quality - at which location - at what temperature - and at what time is to be treated. In addition, the entire environment from wastewater inflow (average, peak load) to the required or desired effluent values is assessed and incorporated into the overall concept for the intended treatment. This ensures that the treatment plant is neither unnecessarily oversized nor undersized and will still achieve the required treatment performance at all times.

Layout and construction

The design planning is carried out with the latest 3D design software. Among other things, this leads to optimum use of space and hygienic and low-dead-space system designs. The clear visibility of pipe systems, assemblies or other plant components is also helpful for maintenance and servicing after commissioning. Thanks to the coordination of all design aspects (pipe systems, equipment, structural situation and infrastructure), our engineers and designers can experience all dimensions of our plants in detail even before they have been realised. This helps us to build and operate plants with improved design.

Manufacture and Assembly

The components of CUSS wastewater treatment plants are pre-assembled at the main factory in Hambühren, as far as technically possible, to enable rapid final assembly and commissioning. Continuous further training enables our qualified employees with many years of experience to always work according to the latest manufacturing methods. Made in Germany: We design and manufacture vessels and apparatus ourselves in our company.

Electrical / Commissioning

Experienced electrical technicians and commissioning engineers as well as continuously trained specialist staff ensure the technically flawless, on-time installation and commissioning of the water treatment plants. Renewals and extensions of plants are carried out with a minimum of interruption to operation.

Process visualisation

During operation, our process visualisation system provides transparency for all processes and the collection of operating data. All relevant processes are mapped, logged and evaluated in various statistics. Chriwa Holding plants are commissioned on site by our qualified technicians and engineers. The basis for our sophisticated visualisation and operating data acquisition systems is the sophisticated SCADA IGSS and WinCC.

After-Sales-Service

Regular preventive maintenance and servicing measures to ensure the operational readiness and functionality of our systems are carried out by our supra-regional service and service network, usually within the framework of a maintenance contract.

The quality of our products and services is the most important differentiating feature of our company in national and international markets and an indispensable prerequisite for maintaining our competitiveness. This includes not only product quality, but also the quality of the organisation and processes - from procurement and production to sales and then customer service. The task of our quality management system is to define necessary structures and uniform processes. It also creates the basis for continuous improvement of products, processes and the entire organisation. For this reason, all 3 companies of the Chriwa Group are certified according to the quality management system DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 (TÜV-Hessen).
