All stainless steel trench drains are custom designed by our engineers to the customers` specific requirements and to meet their needs. Product designs include trench drains manufactured to industry standards, as well as custom sizes and configurations to meet each job`s requirement. We are able to design drainage systems for new installations, as well as replacement trench drains that must meet existing conditions and configurations.

Housing is constructed of 12 ga. 304 stainless steel. Grate frame shown is 7 ga. 304 stainless steel (Fiber Grating is standard). Optional 316 stainless steel bar grate is shown. The standard box drain is pictured. However, box drains can be custom fabricated to your specifications. Also, some food processing equipment can be custom fabricated.

As a custom fabricator of stainless steel trench drains for the food processing industry for more than 30 years, we understand that floor sanitation is critical in any production facility. Many processing facilities to this day, still have compromised, porous concrete floors, which is a breeding ground for bacteria and can possibly lead to bug infestation. During wash downs, these organisms and bugs are flushed to the “old, cast iron drains”. Older facilities should seriously consider replacing floors with epoxy types and retrofit the drains with non-porous stainless steel floor drains. Our Stainless Slot Drain System is a perfect fit and can easily retrofit into old floors that need improved drainage.
