Waste management and removal and associated regulatory issues are an important component of any environmental project. Our personnel are thoroughly knowledgeable of the complex transportation and disposal regulations that apply to hazardous materials and hazardous wastes incidents.
Waste Management Services
CES manages and handles sampling, profiling, manifesting, transporting, and disposal of everything from non-hazardous, hazardous, universal waste, PCB wastes, bio-hazard or infectious waste, and low-radiated waste.
Confined Space Services
CES personnel are highly-trained and qualified in the recognition of safety or health hazards associated with entry into confined spaces including storage tanks, sub-cellars, bins, boilers, septic tanks, sewers, utility tunnels, chimneys, ducts, and wells.
Groundwater Services
Our groundwater services include installing monitoring wells to sample groundwater, collect contamination, and pump it out for disposal. To prevent the spread of contamination downstream, we also treat water.
In-plant Decommissioning Services
In-plant decommissioning services are a frequent need of our industrial clients looking to close a facility. We provide decontamination and demolition of process equipment and structures that are contaminated with hazardous materials. We maintain full capability for complete decontamination and demolition of tanks, piping, pumps, process equipment, structures, and most surfaces.
Abatement Services
Asbestos Abatement Services
We provide asbestos decontamination and demolition services in addition to the remediation of mixed wastes involving asbestos. CES’ asbestos technicians are state licensed and certified under AHERA, Colorado Regulation 8, and regulations for other states. They also meet training requirements according to the specific tasks they are performing as required under OSHA regulations.
