The CALABRESE equipment is engineered for the simultaneous collection of dry and wet waste, specifically optimizing packing and transport of solid urban waste. This equipment complies with Italian and European regulations, especially focused on safety standards of EN 1501-1-2000. It features two distinct sections: a dry section for solid urban waste, and a wet section for organic material. The dry section incorporates a robust rear hydraulic compactor, crafted from high yield-point steel with continuous welding to avert corrosion and sealing concerns. The packing system includes a double-acting oleodynamic cylinder-driven shovel and a sliding mechanism for effective waste compression. Additionally, the unit integrates an ejection system with a push-out plate for efficient waste disposal. The wet section entails a waterproof tub crafted from abrasion-proof steel, designed for organic waste transport, employing side tipping for discharge.

The CH210 is a cylindrical rotating compactor designed to efficiently handle, compact, and transport wet waste materials to composing plants. This robust and reliable unit operates with minimal maintenance and is tailored for preventing leakage due to a design that ensures liquid containment during compaction. Its internal propeller utilizes clockwise rotation for compressing debris towards the front panel while the anti-clockwise rotation facilitates unloading. Built for compatibility with an urban setting, the system employs a hydrostatic transmission, hydraulic motor, and epicyclic reducer, enhancing its functionality. Externally clad with sound-proof material and an aluminum capote, it operates quietly, even suitable for nighttime urban use. It includes standard features such as rotating beacons, rear footboards, and multiple safety features.

The CH403 Waste Packer, designed by C.V.I., is engineered to handle high volume waste collection efficiently, with capacities ranging from 20 to 32 cubic meters. It is mounted on 6x2, 6x4, and 8x4 chassis, providing flexibility in urban and industrial settings. Constructed from high yield-point, wear-resistant material, it promises durability in rigorous environments. Its self-aligning single-shovel packing system, driven by hydraulic cylinders with ball-joints, ensures effective waste compression. The system, operated through electro-hydraulic distributors or an optional PLC, guarantees seamless operation with automatic, manual, and reverse cycles. Safety is prioritized with a protected hydraulic system and various safety features, including emergency stops. The CH403 is designed to meet EC standards, featuring anti under-run bars and upward-directed exhausts, and can be customized with a range of optional accessories.

The CH405 Waste Packer is designed for efficient waste management, ensuring high volume capacity ranging from 11.5 to 18 cubic meters while maintaining a low tare weight. It is compatible with cabs having a Gross Vehicle Weight (G.V.W.) between 11,550 to 19,000 kilograms. The construction utilizes wear-proof, high yield-point sheet steel with reinforced stiffeners. The packing system features a self-aligning, single-shovel mechanism with a high packing ratio, driven by hydraulic cylinders equipped with ball-joints. This system comprises an articulated shovel within the tailgate, operated by four double-acting cylinders. The trolley cylinders are securely encased for protection. The efficient hydraulic system, safeguarded by a safety valve, supports an automatic cycle divided into four packing stages. Operations can be managed automatically, manually, or in reverse cycle, facilitated by an electronic card with diagnostic capability.

Heavy duty chassis made up two "I" shaped main beams in quality steel with connected cross members. The under-structure is made of cross-members, front, rear and side bands. All welding is camed out with M.A.G. procedure. Kingpin: 3.5" standard king-pin detachable from below (2" kingpin is optional). Landing legs: two speed comumn type manually operated. Suspension (for models SC33TC and SC50TC): cantilever type with overturn leaf springs which is center balanced on the three axles by means of equalisers.

The combined cleaner, as a single vehicle, alloes an alternative use as cesspit emptier (vacuum) or jetting unit (with pressure washing). The tank, circular-shaped with semi-spherical heads, is provided with a compartment for clean water and one for waste water and can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel. A flexble hose located on the hydraulic reel carries-out sewage cleaning, under the force of a high pressure pump, it unwinds and proceeds inside the ducts removing any obstacle thanks to the dynamic water jet emitted from an appropriate terminal nozzle. At the end of the cleaning operation the hose automatically rewinds onto the reel.

Our truck installed tanks range covers vessels for the transport of water, various types of fuel, food and chemical liquids. The tank net capacity goes from 3000 to 30000 litres and the tank can be built in single or multiple compartments. The transversal section is `double D` shaped and the head are crowned.

This rear tipping body is designed with a low centre of gravity in order to improve the vehicle`s stability and, thanks to the roundeed body corners, an easy unloading of wet materials.

Frame: made up of two gooseneck shapes cross members in high quality steel with `double-T` shaped section to allow the maximum resistance to torsional stresses also for off-road operations.
