C.WASH is our innovative plate washer designed for automated, rapid and highly reproducible washing of the entire 96-, 384-, and 1536-well plates. The C.WASH™ uses centrifugal forces to remove liquids from well plates contact-less in seconds. Dispense the plate with liquid connected to one of the 4 liquid input channels. The angle dispensing allows aiming at well walls, hence preserving growing cells, bound capture antibodies or magnetic bead pellets. The non-contact washing reduces the risk of carry-over and cross-contamination while saving on pipette tips. High-Content Label-Free Live-Cell Imaging from 96 Wells to Single Cells.

Precise and accurate single-cell dispensing into PCR plates for downstream miniaturization. Brightfield and Fluorescence: Bright-field and fluorescent sorting. Low-pressure system minimizes cell stress. Single-use cartridge requires no cleaning, reducing the risk of cross contamination. Rapid start-up and operation, filling a 384-well plate less than 8 minutes.

Cytotoxicity assays measure the toxic effects on cells from drugs and physical stressors. C.LIVE Tox reagents measure cytotoxicity in real-time using a simple mix-and-read workflow. C.LIVE Tox Green and Red are sensitive DNA-binding dyes that are nonpermeable to viable cells and nonfluorescent on the outside. After entering dead cells through damaged plasma membranes and binding to DNA, the reagent emits bright fluorescence. The growth and morphology of healthy cells are not affected by the addition of C.LIVE Tox reagents.
