Daikure was established in 1951 in Kure, Hiroshima as Japan`s first grating manufacturer. Daikure is also manufacturing high-end fintube and heat exchanger. Daikure Super Alumi Fin Tubes are welded aluminum fin tubes developed exclusively by our company They are used in steam-type air pre-heating machines, air fin coolers, and economizers. <> In high temperature areas, traditionally Cu, SPCC fins were used, but now it is possible to use aluminum fins (Maximum temperature 400ºC) In comparing heat exchange machines with SPCC fins, the weight and number of heat exchange pipes are greatly reduced resulting in overall cost savings. As cutting is unnecessary, damage to tubes is reduced, extending the life of the equipment. Fin pitch can be set as a option, increasing the number of design variations. The fins are very durable allowing for ease of handling and shipping.
