Environmental Protection
Environmental Administrative Tasks
Performing actual environmental tasks related to the operations of the company (maintaining internal environmental records, correspondence with the authorities, preparation of documents relevant to environmental tasks). Data supply and reporting in due time as required in environmental rules and other regulations (e.g. Data to be supplied on wastes, LAL, LM air emission basic and regular reporting, FAVI – underground water reporting, HLH Monitoring - refrigerants, etc.). Keeping track of legislative changes affecting the Customer`s operations, specifying what must be managed by our Clients), proposing necessary actions, and acting as a coordinator in implementation as needed. Updating the Environmental Rules on an annual basis and modifying the environmental instructions as necessary. Providing environmental training for staff once a year. Calculating environmental tax(es) and preparing the necessary reports
Management Systems
Introduction of Management Systems in line with the ISO 14001, EMAS, ISO 9001 and ISO 18001 standards (EMS, QMS, OHSAS). BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) auditor and preparatory activities.
Audits and Reviews
Environmental survey, environmental impact assessment, environmental review, EHS audits in Hungarian and English. Environmental due diligence (company standards, based on national environmental regulations in force). Customer, investor and owner`s audits, environmental Due Diligence audits (EHS). Carbon footprint and ecological footprint calculation and analysis. Evaluation and permit process of environment protection related investments. Assessment for waste optimization potentials.
Permitting
Permission documents (Integrated permits for the use of the environment (IPPC), Preliminary environmental survey, Environmental impact assessment). Obtaining permit for waste treatment, transportation, sales and agency; representing the client before the authorities during the permitting procedure.Obtaining permit for implementation and operation of air pollution point sources; preparing a solvent balance plan.Preparing permit applications for implementation of wells, oil inceptors, monitoring wells etc. and for rights of use of underground water or soil; representing the client before the authoritiesWork Safety
Work Safety Administrative Tasks
Preparation of risk assessment (first and repeated risk assessment at least in every third year, extraordinary risk assessment): Machines and equipment safety risk assessment. Work Equipment Risk Assessment. Risk assessment of activities and technologies. Risk assessment of work places and design of work places. Risk assessment of workplaces involving screens. Analysis and risk assessment of exposures of employees. Psychosocial risk assessment. Evaluation of PPEs and collective protection. Risk assessment of hazardous materials and preparations.
