DCL’s Stacking Loading Spouts are designed to load dry bulk materials from conveyors and other discharge points into open piles.

DCL’s Ship Loading Spouts are designed to load dry bulk materials from conveyors and other discharge points into ships. These rugged heavy duty spouts are available in retracted lengths as low as 10 feet [3 m] and travels up to 100 feet [30.5 m]. Loading rates can vary up to 2700 cubic feet per minute [76.5 m³/min] depending on product being loaded.

Loading rates can vary up to 2700 cubic feet per minute [76.5 m³/min] depending on product being loaded.

Single-direction loading spout positioners increase your speed and efficiency in any loading operation. Single-direction positioners move standard duty loading spouts horizontally in the X-axis to load trucks or railcars. They allow your driver to stop the vehicle in the designated loading area without having to be in the precise center of the loading station, and the loading spout can then be positioned directly above the vehicle hatch. This virtually eliminates vehicle re-spotting once in the loading station – and speeds up your operation.

Dual-direction loading spout positioners increase your speed and efficiency in any loading operation. Dual-direction loading positioners move standard duty loading spouts horizontally in the X and Y axes to load trucks or railcars. They allow your driver to stop the vehicle in the designated loading area without having to precisely spot the vehicle, and the loading spout can then be positioned directly above the vehicle hatch. This eliminates vehicle re-spotting once in the loading station – and speeds up your operation.

Rotary loading spout positioners increase your speed and efficiency in any loading operation. Rotary positioners are used to move standard-duty loading spouts horizontally in a radial axis when loading trucks or railcars.

The DCL Compact Filter Module (CFM) captures dust directly from the loading spout, filtering it efficiently at the source. The collected dust is reintegrated into the material flow, reducing product loss, minimizing manual handling, and enhancing efficiency at load-out sites.

The DCL Ventilation Module provides effective dust control by capturing and filtering airborne particles directly at the source. Designed for seamless integration, it returns collected dust to the material flow, reducing waste, lowering maintenance demands, and improving overall efficiency at load-out sites.

Aeration conveyors (Air Slides) are used to gravity-convey powders by passing low-pressure air through a porous membrane media and into the bed of the material being handled.
