DCL International Inc. is pleased to announce the California Air Resources Board (CARB) has verified its MINE-X SOOTFILTER® diesel particulate filter (DPF) as a Level 3 passively regenerated diesel emission control device for off-road diesel engine applications.

CARB established that the MINE-X SOOTFILTER® DPF reduces emissions of diesel particulate matter (PM) greater than 85 percent, consistent with Level 3 device status reduction.
