We have a 11 Dedicated Engineers having varying hands on experience on the software like AutoCAD, Auto plant, Isogen, Caesar II, Pipe-Flow etc.

Pipe Fitting Services

DEE has an advanced state of the art Pipe-fitting Facility equipped with all the latest machinery, processes and technology to deliver the products that can suffice the current project requirements worldwide. Fitting manufacturing capacity of more than 2,400 MT/year with size range up to 56″ & thickness up to 140 mm. Multiple Hydraulic Presses ranging from 150 MT to 3,000 MT. Hot Pushing Mandrel Elbow Forming Automatic M/c having capacity to form Elbows from 8-28 inch & thickness up to 50 mm. 2 Cold Formed Elbow making Machines of different sizes for Elbow production complemented with 3 Edge Preparation machines. Hydro Forming Tee Press having capacity up to 16 inches. Well equipped unit to manufacture all type of Pipe Fittings and pipe support i.e. Butt Welded, Socket Welded & Screwed in various grades of Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel and Stainless Steel
