Fitting manufacturing capacity of more than 2,400 MT/year with size range up to 56″ & thickness up to 140 mm. Multiple Hydraulic Presses ranging from 150 MT to 3,000 MT. Hot Pushing Mandrel Elbow Forming Automatic M/c having capacity to form Elbows from 8-28 inch & thickness up to 50 mm. 2 Cold Formed Elbow making Machines of different sizes for Elbow production complemented with 3 Edge Preparation machines. Hydro Forming Tee Press having capacity up to 16 inches. Well equipped unit to manufacture all type of Pipe Fittings and pipe support i.e. Butt Welded, Socket Welded & Screwed in various grades of Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel and Stainless Steel
- Pipe fittings manufactured by us can be reviewed under any third party Inspection of customers’ choice including statutory authorities like IBR and International Inspection Agencies like LLOYDS / DNV / BV / BAXCOUNSEL / HSB / Moody / TUV Nord Intertak / PDIL / GLI / SGS / TUV SUD / Vedosi / Technimant / Vincotte
