The filling of the units SRU-30 to SRU-265 takes place fully automatic and is controlled by filling level regulation. At the end of the process the distillation residues are treated up to the desired residual solven rate. Therefore, almost unattended 24-hour operation is possible. Instruments in the front panel inform about process pressure, solvent gas temperature and heating temperature of the unit. The discharging of the residues is done via the user-friendly cleaning aperture, which ensures safe operation due to an integrated O-ring seal.

The filling of the units SRU-320 to SRU-3000 takes place fully automatic and is controlled by filling level regulation. At the end of the process the distillation residues are treated up to the desired residual solvent rate. Therefore, almost unattended 24-hour operation is possible. Instruments in the front panel inform about process pressure, solvent gas temperature and heating temperature of the unit. The discharging of the residues is done via the scraper system and the discharge slide damper. A manhole aperture with persistent O-ring seal on the top of the unit ensures operator convenience. Additionally the inspection glass of the manhole aperture allows visual observation of the process in every distillation phase.

The vacuum pump evacuates the separating vessel as well as the attached gas cylinders. After reaching the preset vacum limit the induction heating is activated and the distillation process begins. The gas cylinders are heated slowly until the acetone changes from liquid to gaeous state. The resulting gas is exhausted by the vacuum pump through a pleate heat exchanger. The is condensed in the heat exchanger and collected in the separating vessel in liquefied state.

The units of the WRU series are used for recycling of industry and process wasterwaters.

DesbaTec spray booths are made of galvanized steel** with top mounted -protected fan. The suction to the rear and to the buttom* ensures that paint overspray and solvent vapors are removed reliably with as little as possible escaping into the air. For installation without connection to an on-site suction system all spray booths can be equipped with an additional activated carbon filter unit, which ensures perfectly cleaned exhaust air. DesbaTec spray booths are -protected for highest security in painting. The directly flanged motor delivers optimal and powerful suction. Filter change is accomplishable in very short time and without tools.

Grinding oil-/ metal swarf for small or high quantities of grinding sludge. Do you want to recover your precious metal and cooling lubricant feedstock? - We offer the solution: The solvent extraction units of the GRU series have been designed for the de-oiling of metal swarfs. With this units metal swarfs can be de-oiled up to a residual oil content of 0,01%. First, the grinding oil mixture is flooded with solvent. Then, the oils are extracted from the solid particles using upflow classification and/ or supsension. The solvent/ cooling lubricant mixture, the so-called remains of the extraction, is separated and treated using vacuum distillation so that after the process the solvent as well as the cooling lubricant is available for reuse. The GRU series is equipped with a conical vessel* and can be installed in EX-zones 1 or 2 due to it`s explosion protected design.

Our double walled storage tanks are suitable for collecting and storing hazardous material (AI to AIII) above-ground. On-site controls (tank control) appropiate to customer specific requirements as well as additional measure and control technologies in ex-protected version combine safety, comfort and productivity.
