Design Controls - Inline Turbidi Meter
Our inline turbidimeter is designed for a wide range of turbidity monitoring in various applications, being configured with a specific scale for NTU detection, offering high resolution and accuracy even in high turbidity applications commonly using suspended solid meters. This sensor is more robust and tolerant to fouling, rendering alternative turbidity sensors inferior due to particulate and air bubble challenges.
Design Controls - Model LPR - Inline Corrosion Probe
Our inline corrosion rate monitoring utilized the linear polarization resistance (LPR) method to produce a raw signal that is conditioned, amplified and digitized directly in the sensor itself. It is a valuable tool that can be easily and affordably deployed to provide both general and localized corrosion measurements quickly. Using an inline LPR corrosion sensor differs from using corrosion coupons, because the LPR corrosion level represents the real-time electrochemical measurement of corrosion on an MPY scale based on the assessed metallurgy, whereas corrosions coupons cannot provide such real-time measurements.
Design Controls - In-Line & Submersible Conductivity Sensors
Conductivity sensors from Design Controls are designed for continuous conductivity monitoring, either installed in a pipe or submersed in a tank. They are constructed of Ryton and have 3/4″ MNPT treaded ends. They may be used up to 150 psig.
Design Controls - Model H20 - ORP & Redox Sensors
ORP Sensors from Design Controls are specifically designed to be low maintenance. The sensing end has a flat surface ORP sensor, providing a long life span due to its rugged construction and its flat self-cleaning surface that does not collect suspended particles. The body is constructed of Ryton which is stronger and compatible with more chemical process applications.
