The glass crusher GKF550A facilitates the heavy handling and collection of empty bottles and other glass containers by grinding them into small particles. Cutting the initial volume by as much as 80% means significant reduction of storage space and fewer collections. Bottles are fed one by one continuously and the grounded particles are collected in a bag or container placed under the crushers outlet. With a motor power of 1,25kW the machine handles approximately 600-1200 bottles per hour, depending upon size.

Disperator’s Modul System where all assemblies can be used with all Disperator models makes it possible to plan ergonomically correct solutions for different places of work in the kitchen. A range of mounting assemblies make it easy to build Disperator’s basic models into sinks, washing lines, working benches, table tops or as free-standing units. Installation into existing assembly or to an assembly manufactured by other supplier is also possible. For CE-marking an approved assembly from Disperator or other manufacturer is needed above disposer inlet.

The BS-K assembly is the natural choice when height is restricted between the sink and floor. A nipple is welded into the sink’s drain outlet, and a plate bolted to the disposer is threaded to the nipple. Designed for continuous feeding of food waste, handling of large amounts of food waste without unnecessary interruptions in the daily duties means increased efficiency.

With an ATF-K assembly installation is simplified as no welding is required when mounting on-site in the kitchen. The unit is installed in the sink’s existing drain outlet using a screw joint reinforcement and is designed for continuous feeding of food waste which means effective handling of large amounts of food waste without unnecessary interruptions in the daily duties.

The benefit of using a DRR-K assembly is the ability to use the full diameter of the inlet to the grinder. This comes in use when large amounts of food waste is to be ground at the same time and for when the waste itself requires a large inlet, i.e. bones. Food waste is able to enter the grinding unit in a continuous manner but a protection lid will prevent accidental access to the rotating grinding unit during operation. The protection lid is fitted with a limit switch which stops the disposer motor when the lid is lifted.

The UK-discharge cone is welded into an existing working bench or table top and permits continuous feeding of waste into the disposer. Work stations handling large amounts of food waste frequently benefits from the large inlet of the UK-cone, allowing for effective handling without unnecessary interruptions. The UK model is delivered with flush pipe with airgap, solenoid valve and line strainer.

The MI-discharge cone is welded into an existing working bench or table top, allowing for food waste to be collected and ground in batches when required. The unit is designed for work stations with lesser waste volumes and frequent feeding but with extra high standards of cleanliness and noise levels.

The MC-cabinet with integrated food waste disposer is installed as a separate unit, eliminating mounting into existing interior, and is delivered ready to be connected to existing flushing water, drain pipe and electricity. Work stations handling large amounts of food waste frequently benefits from the large inlet of the MC-cabinet, allowing for effective handling without unnecessary interruptions. The inlet cone is delivered with a flushing nozzle, solenoid valve and line strainer already assembled for easy installation, and is partly covered by a labyrinth protection guard preventing accidental access to the rotating grinding unit during operation. The guard is fitted with a limit switch which stops the disposer motor if lid is lifted.
