Diversified Plastics manufactures many different accumulator table dividor guides. Many of our parts are replacement parts for bent sheet metal. Our plastic guides improve wear life, and reduce the amount of cracking at transitions. We have custom fin length options available and we also manufacture center guides!

Lightweight. Chemical resistant. Filler blocks for both 720 and H-78 assemblies. Our full depth blocks are designed to fill the full depth of the flight board and provide a secure fit. Standard filler blocks are made of impact modified polypropylene. Both 6” and 8” blocks available.

Used in water treatment these parts go in grit bucket style collectors. Our Non-Metallic wear shoes provide superior abrasion resistance and reduce drag coefficient for longer chain and part life. We have many styles available and custom sizes are available upon request.

Crush Wheels or closing rollers are used in a wide variety of industries and are often used in the packaging process to close boxes or cartons without crushing product. The grey outer tire is a soft durometer polyurethane made to protect product and have a long wear life. We can also make these parts with UHMW bores to promote even less friction and longer life.
