ADA Compliance Services

DLZ brings significant knowledge and experience to the evaluation of facilities for compliance withThe Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). Our previous project experience, combined with our deep knowledge of ADA regulations and design standards, expertise and training, as well as our commitment to ADA compliance allow us to successfully complete any type of ADA project. Commissioning Services

Commissioning is an all-inclusive process for the planning, delivery, verification, and management of risks to critical functions performed in, or by, facilities. We have several certified commissioning agents on staff and utilize their experience and expertise in improving the energy efficiency, environmental health, occupant safety and indoor air quality of DLZ projects by making sure the building components are working correctly and that the plans are implemented with the greatest efficiency.
