Installing an Inlet Barrier Filter (IBF) system is the most effective way to protect engines from damage ranging from lost efficiency to catastrophic failure while adding significant advantages.

Clean Diesel Carts are portable, self-contained filtration systems for ensuring clean, dry fuel in the shop or in the field. They`re the perfect solution for fuel transfer and kidney loop filtration requirements. A high efficiency fuel filter and water absorbing filter work together to make sure that your diesel fuel is both clean and dry for your High Pressure Common Rail (HPCR) engine. Use it in your workshop, with in-plant machinery, or with mobile equipment to achieve and maintain the ISO cleanliness standards of your fuel.

Our Clean Fuel Solution Cartridges are a premium alternative to standard 152 mm x 457 mm / 6 in. x 18 in. and 152 mm x 914 mm / 6 in. x 36 in. filter cartridges. These filters are available in your choice of 4 and 7 micron filtration efficiency levels and can be installed directly into existing industrial filter housings for improved performance.

The Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) Filter offers a convenient, effective way to deliver clean DEF into your equipment.  If DEF is not filtered, urea crystals and other contaminants picked up during storage and handling can cause malfunction of the SCR system. The Donaldson Clean DEF Filter removes harmful particulate, preventing plugged dosing valves and enabling the SCR to do the important job of reducing harmful NOx emissions.

Donaldson PF-EG sanitary filter housings provide the greatest level of housing design for liquid applications. Designed for point-of-use filtration of process and ingredient liquids, these housings can be configured with any Donaldson LifeTec™ liquid elements in order to meet your specific needs. Standard PF-EG housings are available in tri-clamp or welded ends, and a variety of sizes and surface finish grades. Custom housing designs available upon request.

The Donaldson P-FG housing is designed to be the first point of filtration for bulk liquids used in a process. Vent and drain ports allow the housing to be serviced and commissioned quickly. Donaldson`s standard P-FG is built using 304 stainless steel. It is mill finished inside with a two-part paint exterior. All housings come standard with double open end element connections. Other element options, such as Code 7 filter elements using 226 O-Rings, bayonet locking tabs and locating fins are also available. Our broad selection of filter elements will meet the requirements of your process.

Donaldson PG-IL sanitary, in-line filter housings are designed for liquid filtration when traditional t-style housings are not practical. The slim, compact design of PG-IL housings allows them to be installed in tight spaces and, when used in gas or liquid applications, either in a vertical or horizontal orientation. The housings are equipped with 1½" Tri-Clamp* inlet and outlet connections and ½" Tri-Clamp® vent/drain ports. PG-IL housings are BPE compliant and 3-A certified. Housings are available in four sizes with a capacity up to 68 L/min / 24 gpm for liquid. Standard housing come standard with Code 7/Code 2 element connections.

Tetratex is a proprietary expanded microporous PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) membrane, manufactured solely by Donaldson Membranes. It is laminated to a variety of base substrates to provide a complete range of media including woven and felted textile media for conversion into all types of filter bag as well as pleatable media for cartridge style elements.
