We are fully equipped to calibrate the full line of Dorsey and Standard Gage products. We offer ISO 17025 Accredited Calibrations (see our Scope of Accreditation for details) as well as Long Form Certifications. Our calibration laboratory has an independent environmental system that controls temperature and humidity. Ultra precision equipment allows us to attain length measurement values to .0000010" (one millionth of an inch). All primary standards are N.I.S.T. traceable. 

Dorsey Metrology International provides comprehensive contract manufacturing services, leveraging advanced machinery to cater to a variety of production needs. The company specializes in CNC machining using fully automated mill-turn centers equipped with bar loaders, chip conveyors, and live tooling. This setup allows for unattended, continuous operation of multiple milling and EDM parts. Additionally, Dorsey offers precision grinding services capable of handling tight tolerances and fine finishes on various materials, including heat-sensitive alloys and plastics. Mechanical and electromechanical assembly services are also provided, ranging from basic wiring to complex system integrations, including PLC programming and component soldering. The company's welding services cover MIG, TIG, SMAW, and gas welding techniques for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, in addition to brazing and silver soldering for carbide and base metal joints. The facility is equipped with a versatile range of precision lathes, vertical mills, and grinders to meet diverse manufacturing requirements.
