DWT founder, Stephen Tappin, established a specialised company in electrochlorination manufacturing and supply in the Middle East under Alfa Electrochlorination Specialists LLC (AES) for seventeen years, building bespoke systems as well as providing renovation, refurbishment and maintenance options for current systems. During this time, the most prominent clients included government and water authorities as well as refineries.
In all cases, refurbishment and renovation to extend plant life was the preferred cost-effective solution when compared with the cost of new equipment or systems. DWT is keen to provide this solution in Wales to combat the ‘throwaway culture’ in the industry as well as extend plant life.
