Drill Pipe Inc. manufactures Drill Collars from 4140 Q&T and/or 4145 Q&T Alloy. Each Drill Collar is Integral Design, No Mid-Welds. Threaded in Precision CNC Lathes. Our Drill Collars deliver the performance and reliability you can count on. Break-Out Flats can be added to your Drill Collars, and Float Bores are an option we can provide.

Rotary Percussive Subs are intended to take the brunt of the harsh drilling conditions that are found on the job site. Our Subs are manufactured from 4140 Q&T Alloy, a hardness of 28-32 RC can be found on each one. Threaded on CNC Lathes and heat treated to maximize their strength and durability - Save your Drill String, use DPI Sub Savers! In addition to subs, we manufacture Flushing Bells and Balance Rods per your specification.

DPI personnel have 35 years of experience manufacturing Drill Pipe for Underground Mining. We use American-Made Steel Tube and Tool Joints of high-strength alloy steel. Our Tool Joints are precisely Heat Treated to OEM Specifications. DPI`s Metric Broach Bars are shaped and gaged on a regular basis to assure that the Break Out Bar does not wear prematurely.

We manufacture smaller-diameter tooling for the aggregate industry, to the largest In-Hole tools used in hard rock mines. DPI`s considerable manufacturing capabilities ensure we can offer you the right steel for your operation. We manufacture our Pipe in both welded and integral designs. We have considerable expertise in Inertia and Sub Arc Welding and are very knowledgeable in utilizing heat treatment technology with application-specific challenges.

DPI Stabilizers are designed to offer maximum in-hole stabilization. We manufacture our stabilizers in multiple designs - Welded Blade, Integral Spiral, or Straight Rib construction. All Thread Profiles and Shoulder-to-Shoulder lengths are to customer specification. Stabilizer body is manufactured from mill-certified 4140 Premium Alloy Steel Q&T or 4145 Q&T material and is machined on our precision CNC Machining Centers. We apply Tungsten Carbide wear protection to achieve maximum wear life.
