DPI - Model API -Blast Hole Drill Pipe

We employ Inertia Welding technology for our pipe, from 2 7/8"-5 1/2," and it is Submerge Arc Welded from 6"-7 5/8". All threads are manufactured from 4140 Alloy Steel with heat-treatment enhancement Q&T, which further increases their strength and durability.

Expert machinists thread the tool joints on the most modern CNC Machining Centers the industry has to offer. Laser-aided Quality Control insures axial dimensions are correct so the tools are straight and run true. There are plenty of good reasons behind the quality of our Drill Pipe.
