The unique system integrated the Dingsheng AF series three chamber impact crushers with advanced electronic control system for high productivity and a consistent product shape.

Dingsheng WAF system is a wheel mounted portable solution. The compact design features the Dingsheng® AF series three chamber impact crusher with automated processing optimization between crusher and feeder at operation. The unique system incorporated several electric current sensors at different locations. The plant automatically adjusts its feeding speed according to senor reflection of the in-situ crusher capacity creating no blockage due to overloading. With this feature we are able to offer up to 30% lead off capacity than most any portable plants and the plant produces a consistent product shape.

DSMAC apron feeder has an integral matching scraper conveyor with built-in drive to handle spillage. This system ensures an economic layout and increased belt conveyor length compared with the  conventional system with spillage chute. The feeders are specially designed to minimize maintenance.

The vibrating feeder is mainly used for continuously and evenly feeding coarse crusher, screening fine aggregate, and thus enhances crusher capacity. When operated, the vibrating feeder can send massive and granular materials to the receiving device evenly, regularly and continuously. In the sand making production line, its even and continuous feeding crusher helps avoid feeding-hole blocking. It can also roughly screen the materials.
