The MobilGC 2 is a user-friendly gas chromatograph designed for versatile applications. Whether for on-site measurements, online process analysis, or laboratory use, the integrated gas supply makes the MobilGC 2 ready for operation anywhere, anytime. Equipped with two powerful detectors (FID and TCD/WLD), the system offers flexibility to tackle a wide range of analytical challenges.

The MobilGC is a gas-phase chromatograph designed for ease of use and robust field applications. When combined with the Sampling Box, it enables precise gas composition measurements according to ASTM standards D 2163 (LPG analysis) and D 2598 (evaluation method). Thanks to its rugged case and internal gas supply, the MobilGC allows reliable LPG analysis directly at the measurement site. The system offers measurement sensitivity that meets the ASTM requirements, covering a range from 0.1% to 100% for clean gas components.

The MobilGC is a portable gas analyzer designed for the rapid, on-site measurement of cooling gases in refrigerated containers (reefers). It delivers the same high accuracy as the gold standard tests performed by external service laboratories. MobilGC accurately distinguishes between the legal refrigerant R-134a and illegal substances such as R-22, R-40, R-142b, and others. It also detects the highly dangerous breakdown product of R-40, tri-methyl-aluminum (TMA).

The GasExtractor is a fully automated vacuum degassing unit designed for extracting gases from oil and other highly viscous liquids according to international standards. It enables fast and precise determination of the total gas content by accurately measuring the pressure increase during the degassing process. The GasExtractor provides a reliable basis for further identification of gas compounds and can be seamlessly connected to standard gas chromatographs for advanced analysis. Equipped with a powerful four-stage membrane pump, the GasExtractor generates vacuum without the use of mercury, offering a safe and modern alternative to traditional Toepler pumps. For enhanced flexibility, the system can be upgraded with an autosampler capable of handling various syringe sizes for oil sample preparation.

Meaningful fermentation tests are essential for efficient biogas production. Through these tests, the microbiological processes and degradation characteristics of new substrates can be described and optimized. The procedures for fermentation tests are specified, among others, in the VDI Guideline 4630. With the GärOnA system, both batch and continuous fermentation tests can now be carried out fully automatically. The system minimizes the pressure range in the fermentation vessels, positively influencing the solubility equilibrium of methane, carbon dioxide, and other gas components in the liquid phase.

The Aquamax KF Plus series is designed for accurate water content determination according to international standards (ASTM, API, BS, DIN, EI/IP, EN, IEC, ISO), combining the Karl Fischer method with precise coulometry. Compact, robust, and user-friendly, the Aquamax KF Plus and Aquamax KF Portable titrators feature a tough measuring vessel, intuitive ‘press-go’ operation, and a built-in printer for immediate documentation. Thanks to their small footprint and fully enclosed components, these instruments save valuable lab space and are easy to transport. The integrated battery ensures flexible operation outside the lab — ideal for mobile labs, fieldwork, or unstable power environments.

The Aquamax KF PRO LPG fully meets the requirements of ASTM D7995-19 – the Standard Test Method for Total Water in Liquid Butane by Liquefied Gas Sampler and Coulometric Karl Fischer Titration. Specifically developed for the easy and precise determination of water in liquefied and gaseous samples like LPG and LNG, the Aquamax KF PRO LPG combines the coulometric Karl Fischer method with a unique gas evaporation and dosing system.

Oils continually react with atmospheric oxygen to produce organic oxidation products that are acidic in nature. At ambient temperature, this reaction is very slow and has little effect upon oil conditions. At the elevated temperatures that exist within an operating engine, reaction rates are much higher. Elevated operating temperatures can generate high levels of weak organic acids. They cause increased oil viscosity and can deposit as lacquers on hot surfaces.
