Ecologix’s rectangular GD-DAF is an improved design that enhances separation and clarification of heavy duty fats and oil scum contaminates. When combined with the flocculants system, the unit is capable of removing in excess of 90% scum and FOG( fats, oily & grease) and 80% BOD loading.

The Ecoflex-520CV, a diameter 520mm(20”) bigger diffuser are developed specifically for relaeses 1~3mm fine bubble in the wastewater treatment plant. All materials have been selected for their ability to withstand the  effects  of  the  chemical,  bio-chemical agents and 0~100°C used in waste water tank. Air can be easily through the air control orifice and integrated non-return  valve  into  the  wastewater. The air orifice design to maintain the diffuser standard  airflow  input  prevented  the  max. air enter to damage diffuser membrane.

The Hyotube tubular diffuser was specifically developed for enhancing the efficiency and operating modles of the activated sludge processes for wastewater biological treatment. The design of the membrane sleeve prohibits clogging of the aeration pores which are self closing when air flow/pressure is interrupted. With Ecologix’s clamp saddle, most existing diffused air systemscan be easily retrofitted using the Hyotube diffuser.

The FlocXpress Pipe Flocculator is a type of plug-flow reactor coagulation / flocculation system consisting of a long serpentine pipe with a specific length and diameter. The term ” plug-flow ” refers to the constant retention time and mixing energy at any given cross section of the pipe. As such, all particles are subjected to the same amount of mixing and time. This results in a highly uniform floc with excellent separation characteristics.

The Ecoflex™ disc diffuser series combines effective design, low installation costs, reliability and high performance in intermittent and continuous aeration processes.Special designed the slits cut opining, patterns and spacing between the slits for high oxygen transfer and longtime operation.

Ecologix™ MBR systems replace the Clarifier, Sand filter and Disinfection processes used in Conventional Activated Sludge (CAS) process by removing the suspended materials with Ultra‐Filtration membrane. The membranes modules are submerged in a biological tank or side streams tank, with the water being drawn through the membranes under vacuum, leaving the suspended biomass material in the biological aeration tank. The MBR systems have a smaller footprint than CAS systems, produce consistent effluent quality even in varying influent conditions, and provide effective treatment for high BOD levels in wastewater.
