Many companies are able to deliver equipment to the project site, but to carry out its installation and adjustment, commissioning of automatic process control system, training of operation stuff and at the same time to meet the STP performance requirements — this task seems much more complicated.

Development of the equipment design by solid modeling method allows to achieve high degree of detailing, optimization of useful volume, reduction of scope of construction works at the site and construction area, easy operation and maintenance. Before delivery of the equipment to the site some preparatory construction works must be performed. For STP modular unit it is required to build a concrete balance tank and concrete basement, to input engineering networks like sewage pipeline, water pipeline and electric power line in accordance with the design documents.
