Traffic and Planning Services

By their nature, traffic and transportation engineering and construction are multi-faceted, often complex activities and keeping traffic moving safely, effectively and economically calls for wide-ranging skills and extensive experience.

Acoustics and Noise Control

The EFLA Acoustics and Noise Control division offers a wide selection of consulting services, including the acoustic design of new buildings and refurbishment of those already in use, internal and external noise measurements, and the production of noise maps with sound propagation models for traffic noise, flight traffic noise, noise from technical equipment and other sources. Throughout its operations, the division places strong emphasis on environmentally friendly designs and decisions, and is a leader in research projects on acoustics, noise control and the environment.

Transportation Structures

Based on extensive experience in the design and engineering of transportation structures for use in a wide variety of roles and settings, the EFLA transport design team provides clients with the complete range of services required for the design, planning and construction of all types of traffic and transportation infrastructure.
