eIQ`s power management products are designed as building blocks that can be used to easily design and implement renewable energy systems, from small kW to MW. for residential, commercial, industrial, emergency and military applications. The diagram below represents a micro grid with possible components using the elQ technology and products. Each power adapter can operate autonomously to seamlessly blend in power as needed based on assigned priorities. For instance, solar power has priority for delivery whenever available. The elQ team designed and developed the vBoost a DC DC boost converter to convert PV-modules from low voltage/high current devices to high voltage/low current devices that can be placed in parallel and where each becomes an independent power generator. Introduced in 2009, over 3.3MW are installed worldwide.
