Electroninks - Model Circuit Jet - Portable PCB Printer
Circuit Jet enables additive, on-demand manufacturing of multi-layer PCBs from a user’s desktop. Using precision inkjet technology to print circuits directly onto FR4, PET, and paper substrates, boards can be created on-demand as easily as dragging and dropping BMP files, which allows for same day testing and drastically reduced logistical costs. Circuit Jet materials are non-toxic, and cartridges can be recycled via traditional desktop cartridge recycling centers. Circuit Jet is currently is currently being used by The U.S. Air Force to provide on-demand PCB printing capabilities.
Metal Complex Conductive Inks - Silver Inks
Electroninks - Model EI-1207 - Metal Complex Conductive Silver Inks
Particle-free, polymer-free silver complex ink, Lead-free and halogen-free, Dense microstructure, High electrical and thermal conductivity, Low temperature curing, Adhesion to Epoxy Molding Compound (EMC)
Electroninks - Model EI-904/EI-909 - Metal Complex Conductive Silver Inks
Silver metal complex paste, Lead-free and halogen-free, High electrical and thermal conductivity, Low temperature curing, Fine line printing for mass production, Adhesion to PET, ITO, glass, PVDF, SNW and textiles
Electroninks - Model EI-930 Ink - Silver Metal Complex Conductive Paste
Silver metal complex paste designed for adhesion on hydrophobic surfaces, Lead-free and halogen-free, High electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, Low temperature curing, Strong adhesion to PET, ITO, glass, PVDF, SNW and textiles
Electroninks - Model EI-1149/EI-1150 - Metal Complex Conductive Silver Inks
EI-1149/EI-1150 ink is formulated for inkjet deposition and for additive/digital manufacturing applications that require high conductivity. This metal-complex particle free ink has stable jetting performance and a long shelf life at room temperature. The low curing profile makes the EI-1100 series suitable for substrates that can withstand 30 minutes of 180o C thermal curing.
