ISOTEST - Holiday Detector

The ISOTEST 4S Holiday Detector is engineered for rigorous on-site applications, leveraging impulse voltage technology to deliver highly precise testing with automated regulation. The device features an adjustable test voltage range of 10-25 kV in 0.5 kV increments, unipolar high voltage pulses, and a pulse duration of 10 μs at a frequency of 25 Hz. Equipped with a graduated switch and status LED for operation and indication, it produces acoustic signals up to 86 dB. It includes a lead-acid rechargeable battery (6 V / 4.5 Ah) with a runtime of up to 9 hours. The device measures 280 x 230 x 120 mm and weighs 4.5 kg with accessories, while the battery alone weighs 0.9 kg. It comes with a 1.5 m high voltage cable and provides an IP42 protection rating, operating in temperatures from 0°C to 50°C, and can be stored between -20°C and 50°C. Its robust construction ensures dependable performance in challenging environments, aiming to provide reliable test results across various industrial settings.

HELIO-STROB - Portable LED Stroboscope

The HELIO-STROB tripLED is a robust and portable LED stroboscope designed for various industrial applications. Leveraging the latest LED and reflector technology, it achieves light outputs comparable to traditional stroboscopes. It produces extremely short flash impulses with consistent brightness, enabling precise freeze-frame imaging and slow-motion observation of high-speed processes. The device features an intuitive touch panel and intelligent twist knob for easy operation and accurate results. It is ideally suited for quality control, vibration analysis, speed measurement, and machinery setup. Users can choose between internal and external flash rate control. The HELIO-STROB tripLED supports direct connection of proximity switches and optical sensors for signal input. It includes an integrated battery, combined mains unit/battery charger (100-240 VAC, 50-60 Hz), and has a maximum power consumption of 24 W. The stroboscope features 15 ultra-bright CREE LEDs, with frequency ranges from 1 to 840 Hz and variable flash durations from 1 to 100 µs. Additional functionalities include a USB (type B) serial interface, 5 V TTL trigger output, and Beat frequency slow motion function.
