Gas Regulating - Low Pressure Regulators

Elster - Angled Type Regulator

The J42 is an angled type regulator designed for low pressure domestic meter applications with inlet pressures up to 350 mbar. It uses well proven principles of control dynamics together with modern assembly  techniques  to  produce a regulator which offers excellent performance in a compact, low cost, maintenance free unit.

Elster - Angled Type Regulator

The J42 Lite is an angled type regulator designed for low pressure domestic meter applications with inlet pressures up to 200 mbar. It offers trusted principles of design and construction, giving a low cost, maintenance free unit with the reassurance of continuity and the compact dimensions suited for current installation practices. The J42 Lite meter service regulator meets the requirements of IGEM/GM/PRS/3. It has full lock-up capability and the outlet is available with screw thread or an integral meter union to BS746. This removes an assembly joint and gives a reduced and consistent overall height. It can be mounted in either a vertical or horizontal orientation, and is suitable for use with natural, liquid petroleum and manufactured gases.

Gas Regulating - Medium Pressure Regulators

Elster - Industrial Regulator

The unique design of the 3000 industrial regulator is used for distribution, commercial and industrial applications. It is best suited for furnaces, batch ovens and boilers.

Elster - Pressure Regulators

The Elster American Meter Series 1800B2 pressure regulators are designed for natural gas applications and feature a compact, lightweight design for fast, easy installation. Interchangeable orifices and springs provide a wide range of outlet pressures and flow rates. Outlet pressures between 3.5" W.C. and 2 PSIG are available. Operating temperature range is -20°F to 150°F (-30°C to 65°C). Maximum flow rate is 2500 SCFH (70.8 m³/h).

Gas Regulating - High Pressure Regulators

Elster - Field Regulator

The 040 Series is a field regulator suitable for a wide range of uses for small off takes, propane tank installations and for high pressure industrial air or gas field regulator installations. All units are designed for natural, LPG and manufactured gases.

Gas Regulating - Safety Devices

Elster - Safety Valve

The J120 is a safety valve which ensures the integrity of an installation in the event of loss of gas pressure. In the event of pressure drop, the J120 is activated and shuts off the gas supply to the downstream appliances until the manual or automatic reset mechanism is operated. The J120 is available in sizes from ¾" to 2" and supplied factory set.

Mechanical Flow Metering - Diaphragm Meters

Elster - Domestic Diaphragm Meters

These meters are available in co-axial or two-pipe versions. The measuring unit operates on the principle of pneumatic control. This guarantees low noise, long-term stability and high accuracy and allows the possibility of including mechanical temperature correction (TC).

Mechanical Flow Metering - Rotary Gas Meters

Elster - Rotary Gas Meter

RABO combines tried-and-tested product features of previous rotary gas meters from Elster-Instromet and is a convincing product because it offers a large range of future-oriented features. The device is suitable for measuring gases of the first, second and third families pursuant to EN 437:2009 and for measuring a range of technical gases.

Mechanical Flow Metering - Turbine Meters & Quantometers

Elster - Turbine Gas Meter

Turbine gas meter DN50 –150, worldwide recognized as standard in high pressure flow metering. The TRZ2 is serially equipped with permanent lubrication bearings as well with the mechanical S1 Index. From ANSI class 300 upwards all meters are equipped with manual oil pump as standard.

Smart Metering

Elster - Smart Meter

The themis index provides features which go well beyond simple remote reading. The existing options (Time of Use and Block tariffs, load profiles, communications interval control, data logging, electronic temperature compensation, etc.) can be combined in such a way as to suit the needs of individual customers. A secure, over the air firmware update guarantees that the technology is future-proof and can be updated to meet new requirements if necessary.
