EMCO - Orifice Plate

The EMCO Orifice Plate is used as a primary element in flow measurement of liquid, gas and steam applications according to the differential pressure principle. According to this working principle, the orifice plate creates a flow restriction in the pipeline to allow measurement of the resulting pressure drop and flow rate. Our orifice plates have been tested and tried for over 50 years and measure up to the highest industry and compliance standards. The Orifice Plate Series ISB/1 is a single bore plate for mounting between raised face flanges.

According to this working principle, the orifice plate creates a flow restriction in the pipeline to allow measurement of the resulting pressure drop and flow rate. Our orifice plates have been tested and tried for over 50 years and measure up to the highest industry and compliance standards. The Orifice Plate Series ISB/1 EP is especially designed for installations with limited space due to the flow conditioning effect created by the 5 hole design. The design therefore combines a traditional single bore orifice plate with a flow conditioner which can reduce the flow meter from 20 times inner pipe diameter to 5 times inner pipe diameter upstream in a straight pipe run.

EMCO - Restriction Orifice Plate

EMCO restriction plates are used to restrict the flow in order to prevent damage on pipe line equipment on the upstream side in blow down systems or to limit the flow / pressure to avoid damage on equipment on the downstream side. For insertion between compact flanges or clamp connection, we can help you with the right technical advice. Type IRB/1 is for RF flanges and type IRB/4 is for RTJ flanges.

EMCO - Multi-Hole Restriction Plate

EMCO multi hole restriction plates are used to restrict the flow and to reduce the noise in order to prevent damage on pipe line equipment on the upstream side in blow down systems or to limit the flow / pressure to avoid damage on equipment on the downstream side. For insertion between compact flanges or clamp connection, we can help you with the right technical advice. Type MRP/1 is for RF flanges and type MRP/4 is for RTJ flanges.

Level

EMCO - Float Level Switches

The EMCO float level switches are designed to control the liquid level in vessels containing corrosive or non-corrosive liquids. The EMCO float switch can be mounted horizontally or vertically, but horizontal mounting is the most common. The float lever carries a permanent magnet which is opposed by a similar magnet mounted in the switch housing. The magnets having the same pole directed toward each other are separated by a non magnetic diaphragm. The glandless construction offers excellent sealing.
