The standard M5 EVO includes a single pivoting gate with an automatic mechanical opening and closing system whose hinges are fitted high up, on side struts. On request the cab can be fitted with hydraulic commands for the Dual-Control hinge opening system. The M5 EVO is available in the RAVENNA version, with a 25-cubic-metre capacity, pivoting leak-proof tailgate for carriage of highly contaminating muds and liquids. It is also possible to fit the same `arched` tailgate used in the S5 EVO.
Konik - End Dump Bodies
The P6 KONIK was generated by the need to offer customers a dump end superstructure with front cylinder (square body with smooth interior gates) but also with straight load bed and a 10cm taper between the front gate and the rear dump area. This facilitates the unloading of materials, avoiding friction or stoppages caused by the elastic deformation of the sides. P6 KONIK inherits P6 EXPORT and T5 technology, including the standard folding/streamer tailgate opening. The P6 KONIK hinge opening and closing system is hydraulic and managed by the DUAL-CONTROL system.

The P6 ROMA stems from the need to offer customers an end dump superstructure with front cylinder (square body) with straight load bed to allow maximum exploitation of width as well as side gate opening (lower section only), useful in the case of particularly difficult dump manoeuvres where ground in unstable. P6 ROMA inherits P6 EXPORT technology (same counter chassis and hydraulic tilting system), including the standard folding/streamer tailgate opening

The P6 EXPORT stems from the need to offer customers an end dump superstructure with front cylinder (square body) with straight load bed to allow maximum exploitation of width. P6 EXPORT inherits S5EVO technology (same counter chassis and hydraulic tilting system) as well as the internal dimensions of the T5 (trilateral), including the standard folding/streamer tailgate opening. The P6 EXPORT is designed with a hydraulic side gate opening option that operators top to bottom (CAMALEONTE version).

The S5 EVO is EMILCAMION`s spearhead product, whose standard version comes complete with hydraulic tailgate opening. The DUAL-CONTROL hydraulic system activates the pivoting or full gullwing opening of the tailgate, allowing the operator full freedom when deciding dump-body raising, even when the dump body is in a raised position. Electrical sensors ensure that body lifting takes place only when the tailgate is outside of the closure hinges. Where the electric SPINNAKER load cover is included, interference with tailgate opening is prevented by activating power take-off to fold the tarp automatically

The P6 EVO mimics the design of the S5EVO but has a square version of the dump body (model P6 EXPORT and T5) with hydraulic upward tailgate opening - the DUAL-CONTROL hydraulic system activates the pivoting or full gullwing opening of the tailgate, allowing the operator full freedom when deciding dump-body raising, even when the dump body is in a raised position. Electrical sensors ensure that body raising takes place only when the tailgate is outside of the closure hinges. The P6 EVO has standard gullwing opening but can be integrated with the combination FOLDING/STREAMER system used for the P6 EXPORT and the T5 - Three very handy, exclusive operating combinations.

Tripost - Trilateral 3-Way Dump Bodies
In recent years the versatility and safety of trilateral dumpers was often set aside in preference for the undoubted benefits of polygonal bodies with front cylinder and tilting only at the rear. EMILCAMION`s experience and quest for innovation led to the creation of TRIPOST, which retains the rear dump body concept while allowing tilting of three sides. The tailgate is pivoting and gullwing, precisely like that fitted on the S5 EVO; the side gates are pivoting and open only on the lower section. TRIPOST is extremely safe to use: if the vehicle unbalances laterally, the user can open a side gate to offset the loss of equilibrium. As the contents are discharged, the risk of the vehicle overturning is reduced and unloading from the rear can begin.

The trilateral dump with a raising cylinder fitted under the body is always the most versatile and popular fit out, ordered and used by construction, transport and earthmoving companies. Precisely because of its ability to be versatile in all work applications, the T5 trilateral dump is one of EMILCAMION`s reference products. In this context we wanted to invest in new construction solutions, aiming to maintain their operational reliability, but achieving important objectives in terms of lightness and new functional features. The new wear-resistant steels with 400-450 Brinnel hardness allowed us to produce avant-garde profiles and technical solutions. The new series of T5 trilateral dumpers features the use of entire arched gates with reinforcement struts, which not only provide excellent structural support, but also allow for a considerable weight reduction in the outfitted vehicle. T5 is also available in the CAMALEONTE version with hydraulic opening of the side gates.
