EMIO - Model Emiotest 3114 - Gravimetric Dust Meter Kit

The EMIOTEST 3114 automatic dust meter, featuring an innovative technical solution, is a portable device designed to perform periodic measurements of dust concentration in gases (e.g., exhaust gases) in closed ducts and determine dust mass flow, e.g., dust emissions into the air. The measurement is based on the isokinetic sampling of a partial stream of the tested gas and the separation of solid particles collected on the filter material. The measurement can be performed in either internal or external filtration mode. The extensive external equipment of the dust meter also allows for independent measurement of gas volume flow (flow) in the tested duct and independent measurement of gas moisture content.

EMIO - Model DFM 2006 - Digital Flowmeter

This is a new solution in a series of devices manufactured at EMIO, designed to measure gas volume flow in closed channels. Similar to the DFM 1194/1197 flowmeters, the DFM 2006 flowmeter operates on the principle of micromanometric differential pressure measurement.

EMIO - Model CMWT 2007 - Digital Meter

CMWT-2007 digital meter is designed for direct measurement of relative humidity and temperature of the gas in ducts, under conditions without presence of condensate and soot. The device allows the registration and calculation of gas humidity degree X and carries out measurement reports. Data can be also transfered to computer.

EMIO - Supplementary Kits for Dust Meters

Set of devices for collecting gas samples with an aspirated side stream.

EMIO - Model ZPPW - Set for Collecting Dust Samples from Dust Ducts

The set of devices marked as ZPPW is an additional accessory of the EMIOTEST 3114 dust meter, intended for collecting a representative sample of dust from dust-gas ducts characterized by a high concentration of dust in the gases using the gravimetric method.

EMIO - Model LSSE-2 - Laboratory Device Verification Station

The LSSE-2 is designed for users to periodically verify the correct operation of EMIO's EMIOTEST series gravimetric dust meters and DFM series flow meters. These checks are intended to verify compliance with the quality system requirements set for accredited testing laboratories by the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 standard. Performing these checks ensures the device remains fully operational and guarantees the quality of test/measurement results.

EMIO - Model KNP-3 - Flow Rate Controller

The flow rate controller is designed to check the correctness of the flow rate indication by the EMIOTEST 2598 and EMIOTEST 3114 dust meter.

EMIO - Model Type S - One-Piece Aspiration Velocity Probes

The "S" type aspiration velocity probes in the EMIOTEST 3114 and EMIOTEST 2598 dust meter kits enable isokinetic sampling of dust from the waste gas stream from technological processes or technical operations in order to determine the concentration and mass flow of dust.

EMIO - Model Type S - Aspirating Segmented Unheated Velocity Probes

The segmented, unheated "S" type aspiration velocity probes in the EMIOTEST 3114 dust meter kit allow for sampling dust from the exhaust gas stream from technological processes or technical operations to determine the dust concentration and mass flow rate. The probe consists of a selected probe head connected to the selected segment(s) and a connected aspiration and impulse path distributor. The probe heads incorporate a built-in impingement tube with an S type piezometric sensor system. Each probe head terminates with a tubular aspiration outlet and tubular impulse path outlets. The probe shaft and segment shafts have diameters of 38 mm.

EMIO - Damping Tubes

Damping tubes are designed to measure gas velocity in closed channels. They are manufactured in one-piece or segmented versions for connection to a screw-on head. The segments are used to assemble damping tubes of the required length. The segments can be made entirely of stainless steel. Each segment is terminated in a way that allows connection to the next segment or manifold.
