ETS - Model Vapex E-Fog - Fogging System
Vapex’s Radical Odour Control Technology is a vapor phase treatment that treats odours, remediates surface fats, oils, and grease and mitigates microbial induced corrosion.
ETS - Model Bio-F - Organic Compact Biofilter System
ETS carries out design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of it`s organic media packaged BIO-F biofilter systems. Suitable for low to medium air flows (100 - 2,600m3/hr) and low H2S concentrations (1-10ppm average/10-40ppm peak concentrations), the BIO-F biofilters is well suited to small wastewater treatment plants and pump station applications. The BIO-F biofilter is based on the principal of immobilised fixed film microbiological technology where-by select bacteria are able to utilise contaminants in the air stream as a part of their energy pathway. A combination of Diffusion, Disassociation and Oxidation result in H2S being converted to Sulphate and Hydrogen.
ETS - Model Bio-T - High Efficiency Biotrickling Filters
ETS carries out design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of it`s Polyurethane Foam Media BIO-T biotrickling filter systems. Suitable for medium to high air flows (1,500 - 18,000m3/hr) and high H2S concentrations (10-100ppm average/50-1000ppm peak concentrations), the BIO-T biotrickling filter is well suited to pump station and larger wastewater treatment plant applications, (Note: Larger flows can be treated by configuring the process units in parallel).
ETS - Model E-Carb & E-Carb Plus - Activated Carbon Filters
ETS`s E-CARB & E-CARB PLUS technology is based on our in depth knowledge in the field of physical and chemi-sorbtion, the two mechanisms by which activated carbon is able to remove contaminants and odour from the gas stream. Furthermore we understand the impact that moisture, temperature and humidity can have on the life and effectiveness of activated carbon allowing us to design an effective solution for different applications.

Our range of pelletized and granular activated carbon (GAC) and activated alumina can be selected to suit any application. We can supply the most basic non-impregnated forms all the way through to the latest ultra high adsorption carbon for H2S.
EST - Organic Biofilter Media
Our Bio-F filter media is blended from biodegradable materials making if the perfect low pressure substrate for biological propagation. We also ensure acid neutralisation is maintained for the life of the media. Being inoculated during blending our media exhibits short start up times and optimum performance within weeks of installation.
EST - Biotrickling and Bioscrubber Media
Our Bio-T Biotrickling media is specifically designed for the harsh acidic conditions found in Biotrickling Filters. The Polyurethane Foam media is available in 3 sizes (40mm cubes, 400x400x500 and 2000x1000x500) and boasts a specific surface area of approx 600m2/m3 making it the perfect balance between effective performance and pressure (energy) demand.

Bio-T Nutrients are formulated for long life and designed to offer the key elements fundamental to the biological oxidation process. We can supply our nutrients as powder or in a convenient liquid form for direct recharging of existing nutrient storage systems.
