ENERAC™ invented the first electronic portable multi-parameter combustion gas analyzer in 1979 (in the U.S.A.). We still service this analyzer today as well as all others ENERAC has manufactured. The ENERAC™ Model 500 is a low-cost, easy to use (no technical expertise needed, etc.) portable combustion efficiency emissions gas analyzer.

The Enerac Model 700 is handheld, weighs 6 lbs and is easy to operate (no technical expertise is needed). The Model 700 units are rugged, made with a metal case and considered the workhorse of the industry withstanding years of use and abuse. No one makes a more affordable, accurate, rugged, reliable and sophisticated portable combustion emissions analyzer than Enerac. Enerac custom builds all units and can engineer sensor ranges and options to customer requirements for their respective application(s) at hand.

Enerac 700AV 5 Gas Analyzer can be used on all engine applications such as cars, trucks, boats, trains & motorcycles. The Enerac 700AV is a 5 Gas exhaust emissions analyzer that can measure O2, CO, CO2, HC, Excess Air, Air to Fuel ratio, Lambda, Equivalence Ratio, Volumetric flow rate, Mass flow rate (dry gasses), New metric units for flow measurement.

Targeted engine maintenance can drastically reduce Diesel Particulate Matter (DPM).

The Enerac Flowmeter Model FLM409 Can be used on any liquid going through a pipe between ¾” to 24” wide on applications such as: Boilers, chillers cooling towers, AC’S, beverage & food processing, pump servicing, sewer treatment, chemical treatment of water lines, irrigation & water conservation, commercial hot water heating systems, flow balance & flow services, well drilling & flow testing.

Sometimes, obtaining optimum fuel efficiency for your boilers and  furnaces isn`t enough. Because even highly efficient burners can develop dangerous carbon monoxide gas. ENERAC Model 842 automatically and dynamically measures combustion efficiency factors and instantaneously gives digital readouts. The result of changes in fuel/air ratio ore displayed immediately upon stabilization of combustion. The time-consuming multiple operations of obtaining readings, referring to charts, making adjustments, and obtaining new readings, required by older systems of stock analysis ore eliminated. The ENERAC Model 200EX Emissions Analyzer is hand held state of the art analyzers designed for the following tasks: To measure the emissions of carbon monoxide, oxides of nitrogen, sulfur dioxide and oxygen from stationary and mobile combustion sources. To assist the operator of a combustion source with the task of optimizing its performance and saving fuel. To be used as a management tool to assist the plant manager with keeping records and controlling costs.
