SPARD OMS (Outage Management System) allows a simulated or real time operation (if connected to SCADA) of the electric network. It serves the control center operator as a visual geographical platform, to execute and to observe operations (opening and closing breaking devices or any points of the grid). In addition, it automatically records outages including affected customers and equipment, calculating reliability of service indicators, in order to meet requirements of government regulation.

SPARD TCS is a Trouble Call System which manages calls referring to electric supply outages. Includes a digital telephony application SPARD® IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and an Automated Contact Center Communications Server.

SPARD® DISTRIBUTION is a specialized GIS (Geographic Information System) for analysis, optimization and management of electric distribution networks.

SPARD GEOGRAPHIC VIEWER is a complete solution for querying combined geospatial and business information. It visualizes electric network elements, land base maps and any element from a connected geo-database. Those elements are classified by thematic maps, created quickly and easily by the user.
