ENMET - Compact Compressed Airline Monitor

ProAir 2200 is a compact, easy to install and operate compressed airline monitor that can continuously and simultaneously monitor up to four gases in real-time using internally mounted sensors. ProAir 2200 can be custom configured to monitor a variety of hazardous gases present in compressed air, including carbon monoxide, oxygen, dew point, carbon dioxide, VOCs, trace hydrocarbons and many other gases associated with OSHA monitoring requirements for Grade D breathing air.

ENMET - Fixed Gas Detection System

The GSM-60 is a versatile instrument, which, in addition to having an internal sampling pump and sensors, can also accept inputs from remote gas sensor/transmitters. The system can be custom configured to monitor a variety of conditions, including VOCs, CO, CO2, oxygen, as well as many toxic and other gases. This controller provides 24 VDC power, audio/visual alarms, alarm relays and other features. CP-10 is easy to install, designed for wall mounting and completely programmable from the front panel membrane switches.

ENMET - Carbon Dioxide Sensor

The CD-1300-ST Sensor/Transmitter is easy to install and maintain. The output signal is 4-20 mA or an optional 0 to 10 volt interface. The isolated power supply eliminates any ground loop or electrical interface problems when multiple units are connected to the same controller. Low power consumption makes the CD-1300-ST suitable for battery-powered applications. Features include a bright 0.4” high LCD display for easy wide-angle readability. For direct control applications the relay can be configured to open or close above the setpoint and is easily adjusted in the field. For ventilation control applications, the ductwork monitoring option is recommended.

ENMET - Catalytic Combustible Gas Sensor

EX-5100 is a remote gas monitoring sensor transmitter that incorporates a pellistor or catalytic bead sensor. This sensor consists of a matched pair of elements, one active and the other for compensation. The active bead is coated with a catalyst that, when in contact with a combustible hydrocarbon or solvent, causes the gas or vapor to “burn” or oxidize at concentrations below the Lower Explosive Limit (LEL). This oxidization process raises the temperature of the active bead and increases the resistance of the internal wire coil. The second bead does not have the catalytic coating and provides compensation for environmental conditions including temperature and humidity. When these elements are connected in a Wheatstone bridge type circuit, a useable signal is produced that is proportional to the gas concentration.
