ENS Instruments - Model ISO Smart Plus - Dust and Gas Samplers
The ISO Smart series of dust and gas samplers from ENS Instruments are engineered in compliance with international standards for assessing stack emissions. The ISO Smart Plus model features five thermocouple inputs designed to monitor and control flue gas temperatures, heated sampling probe temperatures, and filter holder temperatures, alongside two additional sensors for measuring temperatures in the impingers. A pitot tube aids in measuring flue gas velocity, which is processed by an integrated microprocessor to ensure isokinetic sampling. The device incorporates a dry gas meter for total gas volume measurement and automatic data storage for temperature readings. With its built-in water trap sensor, the system automatically halts operation upon detecting liquid pass-through, preventing potential damage. In contrast, the ISO Smart ECO model simplifies transport with separate control and pump units. The GDS Gas Dilution System, housed in a single cabin, facilitates independent flow control of both dilution and total gas streams, offering automated, digital adjustments for improved sampling accuracy.

ENS Instruments - Model Smart PM - Atmospheric Particulate Matter Sampler
The Smart PM Atmospheric Particulate Matter Sampler is a sophisticated device designed for precise measurement of airborne particles, particularly targeting particulate matter with sizes of 2.5 and 10 microns. This advanced sampler meets the EPA 40 CFR Part 50 reference method standards for PM10 determination, providing compliance and ensuring accuracy in environmental monitoring. It is also adaptable for PM2.5 sampling through the use of a specialized M10 cap and 2.5-micron impactor cut separator. Additionally, the device is compatible with the EN 12341 method, allowing for sampling at 2.3 cubic meters per hour for PM10 and 1 cubic meter per hour for PM2.5. With its wide regulation range and precise electronic flow sampling control, the Smart PM ensures reliability under actual or standard atmospheric conditions. Key data such as sampling flowrate, static or barometric pressure, and ambient temperature is stored in the device's internal memory and can be backed up via a USB interface.

ENS Instruments - Cooling Box for HSP2 Sampling Probe
The Cooling Box is an integral component of the HSP2 sampling probe used for condensing water in stack gas, aiding in the detection of micropollutants when used in conjunction with impinger trains. Designed for easy attachment without tools to the heated filter box, it minimizes water condensation by shortening the connection between the filter holder and impingers train. This box, crafted from painted aluminum and thermally insulated, maintains a low temperature for efficient sampling. Capable of accommodating up to six impingers, it supports diverse sampling requirements across different standards. It features a straightforward quick connector for the suction tube and a mounting bracket to support heavy tubes, which helps shield impingers during operations and transport. The support forms inside the box ensure safe transportation and reliable sampling performance.

ENS Instruments - Model HSP2 - Isokinetic Heated Sampling Probe for Micropollutant and Particulate Matter
The HSP2 Isokinetic Heated Sampling Probe by ENS Instruments is engineered to facilitate efficient sampling of particulate matter and chemicals directly from stacks. Designed in compliance with international standards such as EN16911 and US EPA M1/2, the probe offers a versatile approach by allowing adjustments to cater to vertical or horizontal stack positions. Its construction utilizes AISI 316 and AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability when exposed to chimney smoke. A key feature is its integrated pneumatic and electronic connections in a compact design, highlighted by the built-in pitot tube and thermocouple for enhanced robustness and ease-of-use. The probe also supports materials such as Titanium Gr2, Borosilicate glass, and Quartz, ensuring adaptability to various sampling needs. The heated filter box maintains consistent operation temperatures between 150-180°C, providing optimal conditions for accurate sampling. It is particularly adept at collecting micropollutants in flue gas emissions.
ENS Instruments - Model HSP3 - Isokinetic Heated Sampling Probe
The HSP3 Isokinetic Heated Sampling Probe by ENS Instruments is designed for sampling particulate matter and chemicals from emissions in stack environments. Its design includes a heated filter box and holder located at the back of the probe, effectively preventing condensation of water vapor and certain volatile organic compounds. The probe is highly versatile, allowing for vertical or horizontal positioning, with integrated pneumatic and electronic connections in a robust structure. Constructed from AISI 316 and 304 stainless steel, the probe includes an integrated pitot tube and thermocouple for enhanced functionality in rugged stack conditions. With interchangeable internal suction tubes of materials like Titanium Gr2, AISI 316, borosilicate glass, and quartz, it ensures compliance with diverse standards for micropollutant sampling. The detachable heated box operates at 150-180°C, insulated to prevent temperature loss, and houses filter elements in a durable aluminum and painted stainless steel structure. Various filter holders accommodate 47 mm flat membranes or thimbles, with easy access for quick replacement.
