ENS Instruments - Model HSP2 - Isokinetic Heated Sampling Probe for Micropollutant and Particulate Matter

The HSP2 Isokinetic Heated Sampling Probe by ENS Instruments is engineered to facilitate efficient sampling of particulate matter and chemicals directly from stacks. Designed in compliance with international standards such as EN16911 and US EPA M1/2, the probe offers a versatile approach by allowing adjustments to cater to vertical or horizontal stack positions. Its construction utilizes AISI 316 and AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability when exposed to chimney smoke. A key feature is its integrated pneumatic and electronic connections in a compact design, highlighted by the built-in pitot tube and thermocouple for enhanced robustness and ease-of-use. The probe also supports materials such as Titanium Gr2, Borosilicate glass, and Quartz, ensuring adaptability to various sampling needs. The heated filter box maintains consistent operation temperatures between 150-180°C, providing optimal conditions for accurate sampling. It is particularly adept at collecting micropollutants in flue gas emissions.

ENS Instruments - Model HSP3 - Isokinetic Heated Sampling Probe

The HSP3 Isokinetic Heated Sampling Probe by ENS Instruments is designed for sampling particulate matter and chemicals from emissions in stack environments. Its design includes a heated filter box and holder located at the back of the probe, effectively preventing condensation of water vapor and certain volatile organic compounds. The probe is highly versatile, allowing for vertical or horizontal positioning, with integrated pneumatic and electronic connections in a robust structure. Constructed from AISI 316 and 304 stainless steel, the probe includes an integrated pitot tube and thermocouple for enhanced functionality in rugged stack conditions. With interchangeable internal suction tubes of materials like Titanium Gr2, AISI 316, borosilicate glass, and quartz, it ensures compliance with diverse standards for micropollutant sampling. The detachable heated box operates at 150-180°C, insulated to prevent temperature loss, and houses filter elements in a durable aluminum and painted stainless steel structure. Various filter holders accommodate 47 mm flat membranes or thimbles, with easy access for quick replacement.
